He will be remembered for directing musicals and plays that highlighted LGBTQ issues. He’s directed shows such as “Title of Show,” “Regrets Only”, “Take Me Out” and “Significant Other” to name a few. Not only had Ron directed for our theater, but he also acted, designed and built sets, stage managed and served on the board.

A long time member at NLT whose credits at Nutley Little Theatre include “Regrets Only” and “Significant Other,” both directed by the late Ron Mulligan. She was also in “The Heiress” and was even in the last NLT production before the Covid 2020 lockdown, “I’m Getting Murdered in the Morning.” Florence is best described as quoted by Ken Wolf & Jennifer Pierro – Manhattan Rep, “She was a powerhouse of unbridled love the likes of which we have never known. A passionate committed actor and artist who not only performed her roles beautifully with intelligence and passion, but also supported the entire cast and creative team through the rehearsal and performance process. She was the proverbial Stage Mom to every cast she joined, but a Stage Mom you just loved to be with. She was fun-loving, professional and she ALWAYS went the extra mile to help all.”
